Monitoring, not a guarantee
Formitor is a monitoring service. It detects and reports failures in form and checkout delivery paths; it does not prevent them, and it cannot guarantee that every failure will be detected, or detected within any specific time window. Checks run on schedules and depend on the systems described below.
Third-party dependencies
Monitoring results depend on systems outside our control, including your WordPress hosting, form and SMTP plugins, email providers, CAPTCHA providers, payment gateways, and DNS. A change or outage in any of these can affect check accuracy or timing. Where a result depends on a third-party verdict (for example, a mailbox provider's spam classification), Formitor reports what it observed, which may change between checks.

Content on this site, including deliverability diagnostics, fix suggestions, and blog posts, is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and figures produced by tools such as the ROI calculator are estimates computed entirely from the numbers you supply.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formitor is not liable for losses arising from undetected failures, delayed alerts, false positives, or decisions made in reliance on monitoring data.
