Install the spoke plugin
Add the lightweight Formitor "spoke" to each WordPress site, a couple of clicks. It auto-discovers the forms across WPForms, Contact Form 7, Elementor, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms and Gravity Forms, and detects WooCommerce and SureCart checkout flows.
It submits test leads and checkout orders
On the schedule you set (default about every 12h), spaced to avoid throttling. Form leads are tagged and cleaned up. Checkout orders run as synthetic $0 test orders, so no real payment is ever charged and no live inventory is affected.
It verifies delivery & alerts
Formitor watches for the tagged notification to actually arrive. If it doesn't, a re-check buffer confirms the failure before any alert reaches your dashboard, webhook or inbox.

Formitor doesn't hammer your forms. Checks are spread across the cadence window so no single site gets a burst, and every test lead carries a unique tag so it's trivially distinguishable from a genuine enquiry, and safe to clean up.
- Tagged entries. Every test lead is marked, so reporting and cleanup never touch real data.
- Spaced scheduling. Checks fan out across the window to avoid rate limits and spam heuristics.

A single missed delivery might just be a slow mail queue. Formitor treats the first miss as a question, not an answer, and only alerts once a re-check buffer agrees the lead truly didn't arrive.

Once a failure is confirmed, Formitor keeps probing on a tightening cadence so you know the moment service is restored, and it logs the recovery automatically. No manual "all clear" needed.
Exact intervals are tuned per form and adapt to how long the outage has lasted.
