Agency-tier pricing is finalized with billing go-live. The limits above are the real plan limits, live in the product today.
Three dials: sites, forms, checks.
Every plan is the same product with bigger dials. No feature is held hostage on the Agency tier that a Pro shop needs to do its job; the upper tiers buy headroom and fleet conveniences, not basic safety.
A "check" is one full monitoring run: submit, verify delivery, record the result. Your cadence controls how fast the quota is spent, and cadence is per form, so the forms that matter most get checked most.
The fine print, in plain language.
What counts as a check?
One monitoring run against one form or checkout: the test submission plus its delivery verification. Re-checks that confirm a failure before alerting do not burn your quota against you.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. 2 sites, 20 forms, 2,000 checks a month, no card required. It exists so you can watch Formitor catch something before you pay for it.
When does billing start?
Billing runs on Stripe and goes live shortly. Accounts created now start on the Free plan; nothing becomes billable without clear notice and your explicit upgrade.
What happens if I hit a limit?
Monitoring keeps running on your existing forms; you just cannot add more until you upgrade. We never silently stop watching forms you already monitor.
Do unused checks roll over?
No. The monthly check quota resets each cycle. In practice the quotas are sized so a normal cadence across your whole portfolio fits comfortably.
The free plan catches real failures.
